Kegel Exercise

Kegel Balls, also known as Ben Wa balls, orgasm balls, rin-no-tama, Venus balls or Geisha balls, are small, marble-sized balls, usually hollow and containing a small weight, used for sexual stimulation and training of the strength of the pelvic floor muscles by insertion into the vagina.
