Overseas Shipping Policy
Depending on your delivery address, we will ship with Post NL, DHL, FedEx or UPS. For some countries, duty tax may be required. The recipient will be responsible to pay for any duty tax needed. We are not responsible for any delay, custody caused by customs authorities of your country.
Please ensure that you are legally allowed to import sex toys into your country before placing any orders with us. IST Online does not accept responsibility for any orders made which cannot be fulfilled due to legal reasons.
