Refund & Return Policy
If customers are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 30 days for any reason. However, the item MUST be in original condition, unopened and unused with its packaging completely intact. If the product packaging has been opened then we do not accept a return for obvious health and hygiene reasons.
So have a good look at the product in the package – if you are not happy then do not open it, simple!
Please email us via info@intersextoys.com letting us know that you want to return your parcel and we will give you all the return shipping information.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective products.
Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
A refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Refund Policy
If a customer has placed an order and has decided to cancel it and get a refund, firstly the customer should email us with the order number at info@intersextoys.com and inform us of the cancellation of order.
If the order has not been shipped we will transfer a refund via the original payment method.
If the order has been shipped and is on its way to its destination the customer will have to wait for the parcel to arrive at the destination. Then the customer needs to email us requesting the return shipping information and letting us know which product will be returned and submit proof of payment. Once the product arrives back to us unopened, we will check whether the product is unopened and whether it is in brand new condition, then we will provide you with a refund (the refund exclude the shipping costs)
